Let Go of What You Can’t Control

Perfectionism, overthinking, and trying to micromanage everything can be exhausting. At some point, you have to ask yourself—what’s worth your energy, and what’s better left to unfold naturally?

Learning to let go doesn’t mean giving up. It means recognizing your limits and embracing what is. If you find yourself chronically dissatisfied with your efforts, or constantly spinning your wheels trying to “do it all,” it might be time to work with a life coach or therapist. They can help you establish boundaries, soften your inner critic, and gently release the need for control.
