Self Quarantine Self Care

Hello beautiful friends. What a crazy time we are in… Definitely at the top of the craziness list for many of our lifetimes…

My heart goes out to all of you, to all of your families, friends, and loved ones.

To all of those who are struggling in health, financially, and in countless other ways right now. If there is anything I can do to help you, please let me know and I will always do my best to lend a hand.

Every day I pray for all of you, and for a speedy return to normalcy.

I pray that you are making the decision to stay home as much as possible to keep everyone safe, and to not overburden our hospitals for those who are truly in need. I pray that you are physically keeping your distance while finding ways to remain connected.

I also pray that we learn something from this tragedy, that we come away from it better, and less divided than we were prior.

That we come away from it with the realization that we are one as humankind, together we stand, divided we fall.

Not one of us is better than another, and it is our duty to love and support all of our fellow people.

I know some of you may be going a little crazy right now with having to stay home, so I wanted to put together a short list of some things that I am doing to retain sanity and take advantage of this time, and I thought might be useful for you too.

I don’t think we could ask for a better time to really be able to take care of ourselves, to look internally to find answers to many of our unanswered and burning questions, and to learn to love ourselves and others more deeply. That is the silver lining.
